Thank you for being a valued LITTLE HELP CONNECT customer.
LITTLE HELP CONNECT will end service on December 31, 2026, and will be upgraded to its successor product, Lumo — an AI agent for LINE marketing.
This page brings together everything you need to know about the upgrade, including the recording and slides from the upgrade briefing webinar held on July 29, 2026. All future updates will be posted here as well, so we recommend bookmarking this page.
Please note that the webinar recording and slides have also been emailed to all customers, whether or not you registered for or attended the session.
1. Your data and HubSpot integration carry over automatically.
Your friend (contact) data, tags, and HubSpot ID mappings will all be preserved — there's no need to reconnect anything or recreate your QR codes. Even QR codes you've already printed and distributed will automatically connect to Lumo. Your past chat history and message delivery records will remain fully accessible in Lumo after the upgrade. We have no plans to discontinue this access, and if that ever changes in the future, we will give you ample advance notice.
2. Only three required steps on your end — about 25 minutes in total.
1. Log in to Lumo (approx. 5 minutes)
2. Set up LINE Login (approx. 15 minutes if you have the necessary permissions — a step-by-step video and illustrated guide are provided)
3. Re-register your payment information (approx. 5 minutes)
In addition, there are five items to verify at the time of switchover, all of which we'll provide as a checklist. We handle all data migration and switchover work on our end.
3. Your pricing and contract terms stay the same.
Your current plan carries over as is. There are no additional fees, and no plan migration steps are required. Billing on Lumo begins on the 1st of the month following your switchover, so you will never be double-billed for the switchover month.
Timeline
- Now: Upgrade requests are open (early upgrades are underway)

- December 31, 2026: LITTLE HELP CONNECT service ends (data export in CSV format from the CONNECT interface is available until this date; access via Lumo continues afterward)
