Every so often, a message like this arrives in a company's official LINE account. We call these "the moments when hearts connect."

Companies should be able to create so many more of these moments. Yet in reality, while the ways to reach customers have multiplied like never before, frontline teams are consumed by day-to-day operations and campaign work — leaving them little time to give each customer their genuine attention. The more channels there are, the further hearts drift apart. This disconnect is precisely the problem we want to solve.

Now, AI is beginning to change that. When AI takes on the busywork, time is given back to people. And with that time, people can truly understand their customers and turn their hearts toward them. We believe the role of technology is not simply to connect companies with people, but to connect them heart to heart.

Our product, Lumo, takes its name from these words, spoken by a child. In Esperanto, lumo means "light." Lighting up the world with these flashes, one by one — that is our work.
