Important Notes for Lumo

Before using Lumo, please ensure you have an active LINE Official Account plan. To integrate with Shopify or HubSpot, a corresponding plan for those platforms is also required. Existing paid users of these platforms do not need to create new accounts.

Service Introduction・Proposal

Our team will provide a detailed walkthrough of Lumo’s features and use cases. Meetings are conducted online by default. We will review your current tools and planned LINE initiatives, and advise on how your requirements can be met.

Contract

Please apply via our designated form. Our internal processing will be completed within the same day to one business day.

STEP 04
Onboarding (Optional) *Business plan or higher

Within two business days after the contract is signed, our onboarding specialist will contact you by email. Onboarding support is available for two months from the date of the initial meeting. We will also provide guidance on the data migration process from your existing tools.

STEP 05
Technical Support (Optional) *Business plan or higher

Technical support is provided via email. We respond to inquiries within three business days, generally between 10:00 and 17:00 on weekdays. High-priority inquiries are handled as quickly as possible.

Frequently Asked Questions (Billing & Pricing)

Please choose based on your monthly message volume. We recommend Starter (up to 5,000 msgs), Business (21,000+ msgs), or Enterprise (57,000+ msgs). Contact sales for feature details.

For 1:1 chats, messages are generally counted per bubble. When using broadcast via the template feature, three bubbles are counted as one message. For bulk or segmented broadcasts to multiple friends, messages are counted as “number of messages sent × number of recipients.” For both bulk and segmented broadcasts, up to three bubbles can be included in a single message.

Customers on the Free plan do not have access to technical support. To use technical support, please subscribe to the Business or Enterprise plan. You can contact us via chat for inquiries such as how to use the system.

If you connect multiple LINE Official Accounts, a separate plan subscription is required for each account. For example, to connect three LINE Official Accounts to Lumo, you would need three subscriptions to the Starter, Business, or Enterprise plan. The Free plan allows connection of only one LINE Official Account, and message history is retained for one year.

If multiple LINE Official Account subscriptions are connected to the same Shopify or HubSpot, only one onboarding support subscription is required. However, if LINE Official Accounts are connected to multiple Shopify or HubSpot instances, onboarding support is required for each Shopify or HubSpot. Please note this.

You can choose "Automated Credit Card Billing" for your payments; the detailed billing timeline is as follows: [Credit Card Payment]

The Monthly Fee is charged on the 1st business day of each month, and Overage Message Fees are charged on the 10th of the following month; for example, the Monthly Fee for February will be charged on Feb 1, and the Overage Fees incurred in February will be charged on Mar 10.

On the Free plan, additional messages are not available, so messaging will stop once the limit is reached.
For all other plans, message delivery will not be automatically stopped when the limit is reached.

You can check your monthly message usage at any time under “Usage & Billing” in the dashboard.
When your message usage approaches the limit, an email notification will be sent to the designated administrator in advance.

If you exceed the included message quota, overage charges will apply as follows:

  • Starter: $0.02 per message
  • Business: $0.015 per message
  • Enterprise: $0.01 per message

Overage charges are billed at the end of each month and charged around the 10th of the following month.

※Note: If the message quota of your LINE Official Account plan is reached, messages cannot be sent from Lumo as well.

If your LINE Official Account itself is restricted or has reached its own messaging limit, you will be unable to send messages through Lumo, regardless of your remaining Lumo quota. Please check the current status and usage limits of your LINE Official Account or SMS services.

Yes, it is! You can explore Lumo’s core features with our Free Plan at no cost.

After creating an account, you can apply for a paid plan directly through the system dashboard. Once your application is complete, you will proceed to the e-signature process to finalize the contract and start your service. If you require personalized consultation, please reach out via our inquiry form.

The minimum contract term is one month. Your subscription renews automatically on the 1st of each month.
If you wish to cancel or downgrade, please notify us at least one month prior to the renewal date. Prorated billing is not available.

Example: To cancel at the end of March, please notify us by the end of February. Your plan will be switched to the Free plan from April 1.
