Integration is effortless—simply select your Shopify account to connect. Once linked, you can immediately begin managing LINE broadcasts and chat support.
You can link Shopify customer IDs with LINE accounts. For example, when a user scans a QR code on your Shopify site to add your LINE Official Account, their Shopify customer information is automatically linked to their LINE account. After integration, you can leverage Shopify data—such as purchase history and cart information—to enable targeted segmentation and personalized LINE communication.
It depends on your current tools and operational setup, but we can also support migration from other tools and data transfer. By using our onboarding support (optional), we can assist with the transition, including your LINE operations.
The AI generates responses and suggestions for each conversation (chat room) by referencing the most recent interactions. Since the conversation history is limited to each individual chat room, information from other conversations is not mixed in.
