When you start using Lumo, a friend record is created in Lumo when a user adds your LINE Official Account as a friend or replies to your LINE Official Account.

Lumo’s ID is then automatically recorded as a custom property in the customer’s Klaviyo profile, linking the data between Lumo and Klaviyo.

Yes. Segments already created in Klaviyo, such as VIP customers, dormant customers, and cart abandoners, can be synced with Lumo and used directly for LINE messaging.

This allows you to extend your existing marketing assets to LINE without rebuilding them from scratch.

Lumo can help you design campaigns that avoid duplicate messaging by coordinating with Klaviyo segments.

For example, you can set rules such as “do not send LINE messages to customers who opened the email” or “exclude customers who responded on LINE from email follow-ups.”

Yes. If you already use Klaviyo with Shopify, you can add LINE to that setup through Lumo.

By calling Lumo from your existing Shopify-connected Klaviyo flows, such as cart abandonment, back-in-stock alerts, and shipping notifications, you can send LINE messages while continuing to use familiar Klaviyo flows.

Campaign content and actions are designed so users can review and approve them before sending.
